1. Shipping Regions
We ship to the following regions:

•    United States of America (USA), Canada
•    Asia – Including China, Cyprus, Japan, Türkiye and others.

 

2. Order Processing
•    Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.
•    Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
•    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

•    For non-EU countries, including the USA and Asia, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

•   While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or courier service disruptions.

7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply.
