Orders & Shipping

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days from the moment of receiving the shipment. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the moment the returned item is received by us.

Yes, our devices are designed for regular daily use. We recommend starting with shorter sessions (10–15 minutes) and adjusting based on your comfort level.
Our neck and shoulder massagers are designed to fit most body shapes and sizes. Please refer to the individual product page for specific dimensions and fit guidance.
Some of our scalp massagers are water-resistant and suitable for use in the shower. Please check the product description for specific waterproof ratings.
All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us if you experience any issues.
